Accounts Payable Invoice Tracking and accounting Database

I am working on designing a new DATABASE CONTROL system for “ACCOUNTS PAYABLE”. This system will generate Purchase Order, and will TRACK & account for Invoice from the Supplier. PROCESS FLOW as follows: • Purchase Order – issue of PO • Payable Invoice Tracking & Accounting : (against PO – in step 1 above) • System Checking: of any difference in above 2 steps • Dispute Bucket & Resolution system: Difference between invoice & PO • Email Correspondence (built within the system) Some of the key system requirements: 1) Web based applications 2) Database system (to be maintained either offline in client server or online) 3) Creating new user account (account restriction, view access) 4) Excel Upload Features (to do mass upload of information – instead of manual entry) 5) Systems Check – error reports, mandatory field entry checks etc 6) System Reports – various accounts payable reports in excel The designer must have done similar application and experience of working on following applications: • .net • ASP • PHP • MySQL • Built in email correspondence – using triggers and .net window service PLEASE ONLY APPLY if you have got experience of building similar accounting or other control applications. Kindly go through each point as the detailed requirement does involve complete understanding of the string process and control. You will be provided with process mapping and workflow and database design. You will have to build up the database system with web based applications. This opportunity does involve immediate short term project but on long term, your expertise will be required to customise / configure the application per different client’s requirements.
