Good work at the right price could lead to future partnership possibilities. ## Deliverables # **Mr. Money Talks Web Site Redesign** ## SCOPE This will be a redesign of [[login to view URL]][1] using some of Mr. Money’s (Mark Rothstein) current video files, sound bites, and graphics. The site should look and function like the site “[[login to view URL]][2]??. For reference Mr. Money’s other current website is [[login to view URL]][3]. ? Items to be included in the web site are listed below. The site's main objective would be to provide information on Mr. Money, his seminars, and update visitors with happenings in his association. Web Optimized Design is the primary? party in charge of this project and is looking to hire out some ot all of this work to 3rd parties. Web Optimized Design will provide all the text for all of the pages for the site in electronic format (e.g. MS-Word or WordPerfect files). ### Programming: Initial XHTML, PHP and CSS coding for the various sections described below, and programming (CGI or ASP) for the administration section to update and make changes to various sections online(content management), database of members, automatic emails alerts and listing, receiving order form for purchasing Podcasts, DVDs, and CDs. **About Mr. Money**: This section will include information on the mission statements, purpose (objective) and history of Mr. Money’s Organization. It would also have general information about Mr. Money. : This section will provide information about the people behind the working of Mr. Money i.e. Officers, Executive committee, the various committees, Committee members, Board Meeting Dates etc. **Mr. Money News:** This section is expected to carry a brief synopsis of the happenings and the news. It would include a list of the past events i.e. this list would include information about the news roundup, latest happenings, synopsis views of distinguished speakers etc. This section would require content management i.e. the content would change at frequent intervals. So an Administration section would be needed. **Upcoming Events:** This section would include information about the future/upcoming events and programs of Mr. Money. It would also include all the events and programs related to the association. This section requires frequent updating/modifications (refer Administration section)** Links:** This section would include links to the National Association home page and other related web pages. This section would cover important or relevant issues/ problems faced by the industry today. It would also carry a monthly issue with a list of Uli publications that would cover industry issues. **Mini-Mr. Money Coaching:** provides information about Mr. Money coaching services and profiles for the professionals who provide it. This section would require content management i.e. the content would change at frequent intervals. So an Administration section would be needed. **Mr. Money Products:** A place where visitors may purchase Mr. Money products (DVDs, CDs, Webinars, Seminars, Downloadable video, Downloadable sound, etc). Must be a loadable shopping cart on the administrative side. **Mr. Money Radio (podcast):** The ability to sell podcasts of video and audio. This section would require content management i.e. the content would change at frequent intervals. So an Administration section would be needed. ### Mr. Money Affiliate Program: **? **Allows others who are affiliates to refer people to Mr. Money’s services and purchase products from him. Affiliates earn a percentage of the profit. It will provide Banners and text ads for the Mr. Money site. It should have the ability to adjust percentages of returns, levels and tiers of profit. It should be configurable in the administrative section. ### Design graphics for site, includes ** **1 original graphic design. Design Notes: Video of Mr. Money from ? This section would be a dedicated section for the members of Mr. Money Talks. It would require every member to enter his or her user id and password in order to have access to this section. This section would have a snapshot of the Mr. Money Talks membership Directory and could carry video, music, and special articles or issues. ### Email alerts and list: **? **Email capture point right above the video left side (like [login to view URL]) for news letter. The ability to send email alerts to all the members (and others who enroll themselves for this service) informing them whenever some new information is posted on the site. The list would be updated automatically as soon as a visitor enrolls to receive the email. Auto-Responders can be set up to send out mail at intervals determined by Mr. Money Staff. Also to send a mail to everyone on the mailing list, all the administrator has to do is to send an email to one email address and the email would be delivered to everyone immediately. We would prefer to integrate Aweber or Infusionsoft. ### Administration section: ? To do the updates quickly and efficiently, Design an administrative section so that Mr. Money staff can make the updates/modifications. This will not require anyone to learn HTML. This administrative section would be a password protected section so that only authorized staff can make updates. The sections that would be covered by this functionality are noted above. ## SCHEDULE ** **We want the entire web site to be set up in approximately seven to eight weeks, depending on the speed at which the content is available.
