36588 Website update

I own a website called tshirtcrib dot com, there are a few adjustments that I would like to be made. Mostly minor adjustments but an understanding of zencart is necessary. The first change that I would like to make is the flash banner on the front page needs to be cleaned up, I want it to randomly change the image, and have the buttons look more professional. The images that will be placed in the flash file need to be optimized. There are a total of 7 images that must be optimized and placed in the flash header. Additionally in the header I want the ability to have customers add their e-mail addresses. The e-mail addresses will be sent to an e-mail address. The .fla file and .swf file are both required. The second item that must be done is an update to the product information page. It should look like the product information pages on bustedtees dot com without the availability information. Additionally the buying option should look better and the buy now button should look more appealing. The last item that must be done is making the checkout section one complete page as opposed to 4, there will be no new customers and existing customers, it will all be one page just like the bustedtees dot come page. All payments will be by escrow after the approval of all requirements.
