What I want to do is create an engine in which I can enhance continuing education courses which are given away by continuing education providers free in the hope you will complete the course and want category A CE credit. So they will send in the $15 for the course with the correct answers to the course and receive their fifteen credits. I don't want the enhancements and special effects lifted from the code by amateurs as quickly and easily as normal web pages. I would like to be able to use a libraries of free code, so I can enter special effects into the books. [login to view URL] ## Deliverables The market for continuing education is huge allied health professions or there employers spend millions to complete continuing education course to maintain there license. Many continuing education companies offer free downloads of pdf or wps files so the allied health professional will look at the course, like it, answer the post test questions and purchase the course upon completion for Category A continuing education credit. I want to convince these continuing education providers that my program can add awesome graphics and 1. special effects to their small 15- 30 page books. 2. I can also automatically grade there post test in a secure way, so that the test taking recipent can not figure out the answers by looking at the source code and right clicking on the mouse. 3. I can sharpen up there books to be ten times better than the plain pdf files. There books(spice up) need to be installed on disks or able to be downloaded off of the internet. I need to be able to create new books at any time day or night, modify them or something else. It would be nice if I could insert Java applets, flash, animations or other languages which I may not be familar with into the book to add special effects or simple icons into the book at any location. How I plan to make money is too convince continuing education providers who are giving away there CE course to anyone who downloads them and receives money once they complete the course that I can make their courses better and I can save them money or time by automatically grading the post tests. So they receive an Email stating John Student received 86% of the questions correct on the continuing education course Nutrition for the Geratric Patient. So the provider knows that John Student needs to be sent a certificate for 2 CE credits, since he passed by having a score 75% or better. Each interactive book needs to be compiled so the course taker can not look at the program code and also the publisher can not look at the code. It will be necessary to cut and paste the page material into the book design interactive window. The biggest challenge is that I do not know exactly what I need to be above and beyond the competition and but I know I need it. I'm not interested in getting into the Ebooks business. I don't want to sell books which are optional to buy if the customer feels like it. I want to help sell Continuing Education courses, which an allied health professional is required by law to purchase 24 credits every two years. I want to make other peoples courses fun and I make money off the enhancement and increased sales of the course. ## Platform Windows 98, Millenium, XP, 2000 95, major web browsers ## Deadline information I'm more interested in the ideas you have than setting you to a fixed dollar amount. I can't expect you to say I will do it for $500 when it isn't clear exactly what it is which is being done. What needs to occur is I need to be able to enhance downloadable continuing education courses. So they are better than and E- book. I need to be able to enhance and infinite number of courses without paying a programmer to enhance every course.
