I have a list of firms (total of 74 firms). I need to pull out the voting outcomes for those firms from [[url removed, login to view]].
The time frame is from July 2003 to June 2007.
What i want is like this:
company name, voted by which mutual fund or other institutional investors, voting date, voting outcomes (from one of the three: for, against and withhold).
The form that you should search for is N-PX and N-PX/A.
Form N-PX: annual report of proxy voting record of registered management investment companies filed on Form N-PX.
The amendment of this form is called N-PX/A.
For example, Company Yahoo! Inc is one of the company that I am interested in and need to know which mutual fund voted for, against or withhold for this company from July 2003 to June 2007.
