I want to have a clone of an existing site build [[login to view URL]][1] with the design changed and some additional features added. This site will have the bulk of the site from which it is cloned but with reduced functionality as the site will be a free personals site with messaging supported by advertising hence the feature which require a lot of database storage etc will be reduced. This is a site for gay men and you can create a profile for free to have a look at the functionality. I have strict criteria on who I will give the work to so before submitting a bid you will need to do following 1. I will only consider bid from people who have created a profile on this site and tested the functionality. 2. Can send me examples of site they have build which have similar functionality and have messaging between members. 3. Can deliver the project on time. 4. Have the correct resources to be able to complete the porject from start to finish. 5. Can work to a spec and deliver the project in agreed phase and meet deadline. I have details spec on design so will share these with people that submit bids that demonstrate they have sufficient experience to complete this work and also have tested functionality of www.gaydar.co.uk. I will give my password and user ID to those people submitting bids so that they can review the paid for features as some of this functionality I will want to make available on the site. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
