I need a clone of a perl script. The name is e_Board [login to view URL] I need this to use MySQL for it's data storage - not text files. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I want something that looks, feels and operates as close to the existing script as possible. I want to be able to use it on both the In Memoriam and The Gang-box webpages at no extra charge. A certain amount of installation and/or bug support should be included. The message board script should have these previously mentioned features plus: Frames / no frames format Searchable posts Able to use html in the posts. Threaded post format. Posts have a new indicator then after an adjustable amount of time are marked as old. New posts are listed first. Replies appear beneath the post they apply to. A naughty word filter. And these features not mentioned earlier: Administrator receives copies of all posts. Posts must be approved before posting with approval and/or deletion performed via email. Error page - is displayed if user forgets a required field (name, subject, or message). The user's form is redrawn so the error can be corrected, without the message disappearing. Message preview prior to posting. Receive replies - If a users starts a new topic, they can select to receive all replies to that topic via e-mail. Messages and the script on a whole should not be disk space hogs. The current board has messages stored as data in compact text files with the pages created on the fly. "Messages take up as little as 10% of the disk space that other boards require." Not so important optional features would be collapsable threads, quoted message for replying, posts archive. I may come up with features as this is worked on so the coder must be flexible and willing to accept new features. Deadlines will be extended and bid amount will be raised when features are added.
