Simple java pop up code fix

This should be an easy answer for someone who knows about this code, but I need to make the exit pop-up code on this page open up to a full screen window.

I'd also like to add a 15 second delay.

So, when someone closes the window above, 15 seconds later - a full screen window (across all screen resolutions) opens up with the new window URL.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
