REFERENCES References from others and/or websites you have already developed (give url) 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. New Websites must be fully operational, and complete. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: a fully operational site must be provided and well as all codes, passwords, and methodologies for maintenance. a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's purchased host's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's host's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Seller will provide maintenance minor changes and support for 90 days after site is operational. 5) Change orders of up to 10% are included in the bid price as accepted by the Buyer. 6) Upon completion of the newly created web page and with approval from the Buyer, the Coder will upload and publish the completed/approved web page project to the web site host designated by the Buyer. Occasionally for security reasons, the Host insists on uploading the files to the site, and in this case, the Coder will assist the Host in this entire process. This process does not always go smoothly. 7)Once the files are uploaded onto the server, the Buyer will make final changes/corrections/alterations to the new web site. The Coder is responsible to see that these make it to the new web site, and to work with the Host to see that the process and project come to a successful completion. 8) Final payment will not be made until the new web site is up and running, and has been approved by the Buyer. The Coder must basically do everything from A to Z. The Coder must supply the Buyer with all information as to how to enter new web site, codes, passwords, workings, procedures, etc.; so that the site can be properly maintained. The Coder agrees to make changes, up to 10% of the text and pages, to the site for 90 days after its publication.
