Wordpress Quick Fixes and Textile Pluegin Tweak

I need a quotation for 2 things (as soon as possible): - I need to get rid off the limit of words in a page that wordpress has (and also teach me how to modify that setting) - I love using textile so I'm using this plugin: [login to view URL] the problem is that when I use characters like á, í, ñ ¿ ... I mean spanish characters, this plugin snows them like: ó , é So I need you to change the plugin or give me a new one that fixes this and allows me to use textile in wordpress with spanish characters. I want this to be the first project of a long term relationship is possible, were I outsource all my wordpress work to you. Things that I have in Mind as next projects: * Build a plugin that allows me to select 2 themes in a wordpress blog, or at least we find a way to import the css of one theme and apply to a page in another theme * Help me install and migrate all my wordpress blogs to Wordpress MU * Build standards so I can duplicate my wordpress installations faster etc. Basically my goal is to use wordpress as a deployment engine that allows me to build websites superfast, using textile.
