Facebook Donate and App Setup

I have a Facebook fan page that I need modified to add in a donate button. Also I need some software written that like the Facebook application "Badoo" will, once a person "allows" the Facebook app on my site, will go through all their email account contacts with the account they listed with Facebook and invites them to this app. In addition, it will auto invite their friends on Facebook to the app as well. If auto invite is not possible on Facebook, then prelist and select the first 25 and and give the user the option of inviting these 25. App must be able to access their Facebook wall and send customised messages to the individual such offers to purchase, thank you emails, Facebook wall posts and brag posts posted to their friends email and Facebook page. App users will get an initial dialogue inviting them to donate through Facebook credits, credit card billing, paypal and or other payment gateways. Recurrent monthly or 3 monthly billing is a key requirement of this business model. There must be a database that captures all email address, Facebook ID, Apple ID from all the app users and credit card info, paypal info, including payment wall and must be able to do recurrent billing. A script must be written to capture this data as they access the app from different access points such as apple/ android/ Ipad type devices. Their city must be captured in the database. The database must be able to determine if the client came from an affiliate or not and calculate who is owed what. The rates paid to each affiliate for each product bought will be entered manually. App must be able show advertising, this feature will be turned off initially. App must be able built so that it can be hosted offsite at a later stage similar to the game Mousehunt; which is a Facebook game and is simultaneously hosted offsite at www.mousehuntgame.com. Apps users in this instance can pay using a cc card, paypal and paywall. App architecture must be build so that in future it can be an app to be accessed though Iphone/Android devices and Ipad/similar devices. Future work may include making the App available on Apple and Android devices. Also translation work and making it available to other social networking sites such as Asian social networking sites.
