website design and integration

I'm looking for a service provider to design a professional, unique, visual-stunning, yet simple website (no flash, please!) with a customized content management system backend integrated with a PHP/MySQL script called Amember Pro. ([login to view URL]) the website will be hosted on a linux server with php/mysql on cpanel. The CMS backend should allow bulk addition, deletion, and management of Macromedia Flash SWF files and their corresponding titles, descriptions, and preview JPGs on several webpages. There will be several hundred flash files and the CMS must present them and control them all in a quick, tasteful and easily accessible admin interface. I have the company logo and many of the flash files. I will be paying via Paypal, remit2india, or GAF. Payment will be made after reaching each milestone and producing deliverables. We would like this project done within a month and will need assistance in creating a spec unless service provider is willing to work through each stage with buyer. Service provider must be available on instant messaging for constant communication and feedback. We prefer someone already familiar with amember pro and has integrated it on other websites. If you have experience, please provide links if possible.
