Automated Link Exchange Website

I’d like a link exchange website similar to link masters . com or links ??" exchange . net, I have a log in for the 1st site, so you can view an example. I want the same basic functionality, only with a different look and feel, so it’s doesn’t seem like a copy. if you have a look at the quick tour it will give you a good idea of what exactly I am looking for <[login to view URL]> The basics of the site, it’s a automated link exchange website. Where after sign up all users will be linked to each other through our automated link directory, via a database and then user will place a code on a new or existing page on their website, this code should be available in PHP, ASP and ASP .net. Here is an example of the link directory… [login to view URL] Where a user signs up for a monthly subscription using paypal, after payment is confirmed an automated email will be sent with username password and log in instructions. However the first 500 memberships I want to give away free, when the database gets to 501, is when I want to start charging, and making people use paypal to sign up, with a membership fee of $9.95 per month for the 1st URL and $2 per month for each additional. Upon first log in, the user should be prompted to change password. Now they go through a set up wizard to add their URL’s and activate their URL’s on our users link pages. The user will also be able to filter links by categories they do not wish to link to or be linked from. The set up wizard will confirm the that they have placed a link on their main URL going to the newly created link directory page. I will also need a backend control panel, where I can keep track of payments made, delete users, add users, change user data, give free credits, manage referrals. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform PHP ASP MySQL HTML JAVA I also want to have a bulk URL discount option. Referral links and codes will need to be created for members in the member section. each refferal that a member sends have their account credited with $10 one time, I will need a way to keep track of that in the control panel. and it will need to be displayed in the user log in, under referrals.
