Drupal with an Open_deals

Dear Freelancers, I am having an issue with my Drupal site. I am currently running Drupal with an Open_deals distribtuion on my personal site. Here is the link to said distribution: there [login to view URL] Here is a link to my site: [login to view URL] Upon initial installation of the distribution, the admin has access to the backend of the site where he can add/remove/modify deals. That access is provided through a black bar on the top of the website. In order to get the black admin bar to show up, someone has to login to the front of the site using the Admin user account. This is the only way to access the backend of the site. Currently, my site is missing that admin black bar, even after I log into the site using the Admin user account. Additionally, I have modified the appearance of the website so a overwriting the installation files will not work. I need a freelancer who can figure out how i can get the admin black bar back on my site. You can install the opendeals distribution on your website to see the black admin bar that I am referring to.
