Have 4 minor changes/fixes for a wordpress site. See below. [login to view URL] Budget is $40!! (Please include the word MANGO in your response or I will not respond. FORM 1) Add a PHONE field (if you have to use different plug-in, that’s is okay) 2) Tell me how to add and remove fields in the future (if you have to use different plug-in, that’s is okay) HEADER MENU 3) Level 2 menu items (example: Home Owner’s Insurance) is on 3 lines. Need to make menu items show up on 1 line going across RESOLUTION ISSUES 4) Header menu content becomes invisible on small resolution monitor. Fix so that menu is visible on any screen size. MANGO We are interested to do the needful. We are well versed in wordpress and have completed more than 1000 projects here with an avg. rating of 4.8 out of 5. Btw the menu seems to have problem on larger screens but not smaller screens. In case that is not the case, can you please send across the screenshot so that we can see how it is looking on your devices. Also is it ok if we use a different menu to fix this problem.
