Move Magento theme to updated "live" database, test/make adjustments, make live ON Feb 1.

Project Description: Multi-Phase Project I am working with an ecommerce site that is currently operating. The site is currently using Magento 1.5.1 I need the most recent database (with all product chagnes) updated to 1.8 and custom theme that has already been developed for me moved onto that database. --note: this is a multi store, One store will get the new theme, one will need to maintain it's current theme upon upgrade. Please account for this when estimating. Deadlines and work needed: Within 24 hrs of acceptance - explain process of getting Magento theme from development server onto "live" copy of current database so that changes can be made in category structure and products. By 1/16 - Move theme to live server, set up for testing and customization of categories, this is multi site, so both must be functioning on test server. By 1/18 - Upload up to 30 images provided by me into category headers. By 1/19 - Site must be ready for me as well as my client to test and make any necessary changes. On 2/1 - Site MUST become live site on this date. The first milestone will be you (freelancer) explaining the process to me in detail so that I can prep the clients ecommerce management team as to what to expect and so I can stop them from making changes to live database if need. NOTE - This is of extreme importance. I will need you to explain what you plan to do to take this from development to a live working site while maintaining their current database. First milestone released once this has been explained. Final Note - this timeline must be met strictly. I absolutely MUST have the site ready to launch/test by 1/23 and must be testing before them. Site MUST launch by 2/1. please account for this in your bid. Communication is key on this project, as is meeting deadlines. It is of extreme importance that we meet these dates.
