1. Links must be from computer industry related websites
2. PR3+ links (the url where my link is placed must be a PR3+)
4. Links should contain the target keyword/keyphrases as a text hyperlink
5. Links should be followed by a short description of the target website also containing related keywords.
6. Staggered deployment of the links to avoid any penalties (in 30 days, and do not post all links at once, or in bulk)
7. Non reciprocal links
8. Links should not be from framed pages
9. Links not be through a javascript
10. Links not be through a redirect script
11. Links should not be from bad neighbourhoods (porn or other offensive websites)
12. Links should not be on Flash sites or pages
13. Links should not include a rel=nofollow tag
14. Links should not be on a links page excluded by a robots tag
15. All links need to be in place for a minimum of 12 months
16. All links should be free and not paid
17. All Links should not be on a site penalized or banned by Google
18. All links must be from different c-classes/different IP's
19. English language sites only
20 Links from Internet directories are not accepted.
21. No free for all (FFA), blog comments, guest books, links within newsgroups or links farms, link exchanges, or any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty
22. No link exchange programs like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc.
23 You will provide all link data in an Excel spreadsheet which will include: Link site exact URL, Google Page Rank, ip address. I would like to receive work in progress every Friday.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
