I'm going to be as brief and informal as I can with this description so I don't make it come off more complicated than it really is. In brief, the application needs the ability to harvest user ID's from searching the Yahoo member directory using all available search fields. The Yahoo member directory is terrible about repeats, false numbering the pages and not showing a lot of the users that matched the search. For this the application will need to refresh each page of the search results and compare the names again to the harvested list of ID's. Also the ability to search for users based on Interests. The application should be able to download all user IDs from one interest group as well. Now there should be a list management tool with one important feature. It must be able to crawl through the list of IDs, visiting each user's profile to compile all information for that user. Its secondary function is the ability to search any keywords, genders, ages and so on then maybe just check the box next to the ID or check all results found or check all IDs for sending a message. The ID list could get very large so this should be kept in mind when designing how it handles the list. The ability to use multiple proxies would be great but not a requirement since typical usage speed will be about 1 message per minute. A timer option between each message it sends is needed. Incoming messages are important so they will need to be carefully logged with the user's ID in a live updated text box. Possibly IRC style and the ability to respond to messages. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Windows XP Professional x64 64 Bit Edition 32 bit Windows is perfectly fine but keep in mind it will be ran in 64 bit Windows.
