I need someone to make a local game similar to gin rummy that can be played online, multiplayer or single player with ai opponents.

You can check out the game here [url removed, login to view] . You can download the game from there, this version can only be played on desktop and just a single player - I want it to be played online that can be played by multiplayer or single player with ai opponents.

The feature that I wish to have:

-built in chat

-member can choose a room to join a game

-dealer can choose how many points to risk on a game.

-member rankings

-nice graphics
