Java Project : Fan simulation with remote. Very simple!

This is a college project on a introductory Java programming course. I have to prepare a fan that will respond to the buttons pressed on a remote. Most of the work has been done (check attachment please), all that is needed is to work on the functionality of the program and to ensure that the fan responds to all the buttons when pressed. These are some of the problems I have encountered: -Im having trouble connecting the same instant for the classes like remote to fanpower to display -The on and off button works properly but other buttons such as spee, only shows the default speed regardless of what is pressed. I would expect the programmer to troubleshoot, correct, optimize and add any useful code to the program that would make it more functional. I need this fix by sunday afternoon at the latest.
