Add parts to admin interface / fix some parts

I have an admin interface that needs extra functions creating and some parts fixing. Have been previously let down by a couple of freelancers who thought they could do this but weren't able... I need the following completing ASAP so ideally you will be available to start work immediately: 1. Create a news add/edit system (fields required can be seen in video when clicking on news / add, categories / add), you will also need to create the edit pages and functions for each of these and the delete functions for each of these! News categories need to have a sortable (up / down) function as seen in the list of categories! Most of the CSS and forms are present as you can see in the video - you will need to write the PHP and integrate it with existing Javascript / JQuery to make everything work seamlessly. 2. Small Javascript error is stopping the page reload on user profile (looks like due to a conflict with the users system) - this needs to be fixed. 3. The gallery is working but I need a few alterations: Galleries need to be sortable (like images are inside a gallery - using drag and drop). Currently uses uploadify to process uploads. Ideally I need to you change this to a none flash based component (maybe uploadifive - or you can advise of better alternative). Video of the system can be viewed here: [login to view URL] That's it!
