Custom work for Flynax real estate Booking module

I need custom work for Flynax classified (Real estate) booking module/ some other booking engine. NOTE: This job is only for those who is working with Flynax script before, you need to provide portfolio and live links to jobs what you have done with Flynax and only Flynax or booking script. All upcoming features needs to be integrate into Flynax script. I need full booking system based on flynax booking calendar or other booking system if you found it better, that includes calendar, booking form, booking calendar, confirm page, payment gateway (like: [login to view URL]) whole package. Note this is standard booking engine, look example here how it should work and which features is must included. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] These are sites which rents "travel or vacation apartments" Our site is all this, but we also use your usual property selling feature as well, so there is a small difference. Also these sites handles all the money what both users paid owner/renter, we dont want that as its more work and responsibility to take care of other peoples money, we just want booking fees, and most simple way. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Listing package based booking feature: Only user package (X) can use booking system, if user is choosing user package (X) than booking feature is activate, this needs to be manage under the page settings>Paid services settings in admin panel. Admin needs to manage booking fee % or amount 1. Add listing form for property's which are for rent only for short time renters, form needs to include requirements for professional bookings - Booking days - Price - Extra fees (cleaning etc...) - Security deposit - Pets yes/no - Etc etc..... 2. Calendar, dropdown calendar for user to choose his/her booking days 3. Professional details block about all bookings details, booking fee (paynow), extra fees (pay offline), persons, days etc... 4. Booking confirmation page with all booking details 5. All information about payments history, bookings history, approved, cancelled bookings 6. Notification to owner and admin about bookings 7. Possibility to owner and admin approve bookings = Booking fee goes to site/admin, not for owner! Booking history, payment history and all transactions history is need to be integrated into Flynax Remember, this job is only for those who is experienced with Flynax. Thank you
