Customization Magento

Hello Freelancers :) We have magento store 1.7.0.2 with this theme: [login to view URL] We need the following: (some of this requirements are super easy and you can done it within minutes) 1- add flags list next to currency selector drop-down and remove currency. US$ will be for international flag. 2- edit links in header as follows, My account>Account, Sign up> Register, Log in >Login, and add small label above one of the links. 3- inside the search box text to : Search xxxxxxx... , change the width of the box by -30% 4- change Link Hover Color and Link Hover Background Color as the theme preview. (this from theme configuration) 5- add in upper Header links with info popup when mouse hoover like this: (d e s a d o)(d o t) com, plus adding small relative icons 6- edit the contact us page/form. like previous site example. 7- create a page for return, like this : (m u m z w o r l d).com/en/returnform 8- change/edit the sign up page (form/design) as follow: (m u m z w o r l d)/en/customer/account/create/ ,after signup(either by filling form or by social login, the system create a voucher and send it with first registration email), (after signup, customer will see a message in My Dashboard (Thank you for registering with xxxxxxx.. The free xx $$ Voucher was sent to your email)). 9- remove the following : Site Map, Search Terms, Advanced Search, Orders and Returns.., remove/disable 10- we have social affiliate program, add a message in main My Dashboard page with a button direct to the social affiliate program page. like (m u m z w o r l d).com 11- change how cross-sells products appear, make it like up-sells products slideshow, this by changing the template of the block. 12- change in theme configuration that all products thumbnail images will be same dimensions. 13- create inside popup window for registration like (d e s a d o)(d o t) com , not Mandatory for customer. --make sure the site keep the responsive theme look and design after any edit or change. --the first task you will start to work on is #5, if you fail to deliver, project is cancelled. --any use of automated or copy paste message , Your bid will directly be ignored. You must be: - An expert in Magento, PHP, JavaScript, Ajax and HTML. - Worked in Magento sites before.
