Make CSS buttons - Earn Lovely Ratings

I have a website with a handful of buttons (probaly less than 20).

Your job is to

1. Locate & list all the buttons on my site: filename & button name in an Excel file.

2. Modifying the appropriate HTML (in .php) files.

You need to create a standard template for the buttons (and each button itself). I am open to using CSS and/or graphic for the buttons. The buttons will need to have two main styles/appearances: one I want the user to click on (e.g. "Ok"), and two the one I don't want him to click on but must provide nevertheless (e.g. "Cancel"). As part of the template, you must also define a disabled state for each button, as well as mouse over state. Perhaps even a clicked version as well.

Please make sure that you make all versions of each button: Primary, Secondary; Primary-Clicked, & Primary-Disabled, Secondary-Clicked, Secondary-Disabled ETCETERA. Each button should have an icon and should not have any flicker. Here's one example of how this is done alongwith source code :D

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
