We need an easy news portal (PHP/HTML/AJAX/MYSQL/GD), where you can have unlimited level categories, articles can be added to 1 or more category and able to add article's weight on every category. Also articles can have a WYSIWYG editor with support for major video communities and an easy way to add images which can be attached or used inside the article (like you can show images on the article or just show thumbnails as a small gallery). Comments will turned on/off on articles and all comments will need to be aproved before publishing them (antispam/captcha needed) and everyone can write comments. Only 3 user's level: Admin, Poster (limit access by categories) and regular user (only a few fields needed). Support for an easy ad-manager module where you can add images/flash/text ads , link them to one or more categories. Easy polls where users can participate and can also be manipulated by the Admin. The front-end will only have 2 views: Cover/Edition view and Article view. The Cover (3 cols) will show the news from the same day, so you can pick past covers/editions and additional information like latest comments, polls, ads, etc on the sides. The Article view will show the same as the cover but in the middle the article, comments and related articles. Both views should be templates that can be easily changed. Additional use of SEO for search engines, cache generation for optimization and speed and any other suggestions will be considerated and paid. Coders should submit similar projects and explain details. Profesional design of manage section and public section (including images/css) is required, *clean and sober*, no fancy blocks of images. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
