Paypal recurring payments integration

I need a PayPal WEBSITE PAYMENTS PRO API-BASED SOLUTION developer to take my existing PHP/Java/MySQL-based account registration functionality and fully integrate recurring payments using PayPal API. 1) The initial subscription fee amount would automatically be charged to them monthly --- and flag their account as active is payment receive and suspended if a recurring payment failed. Also record expiration date of each payment as a backup system to flag unpaid accounts as suspended 2) Need to record paypal API data in my system's existing database table to be able to view in a log 3) Need an unsubscribe button on their 'my account' page which would cancel future automatic payments and flag their account as suspended. 4) All payments must be transparent --- the end-user should not be aware of the use of PayPal unless they elect to click on Paypal button. 5) Need to send an email Welcoming customer if payment set up is successfully or stating that there was a paypal error and how to retry 6) Need to use existing discount codes to calculate recurring payment amount 7) Need to pass my systems customer name, user name and ID to be stored in paypal 8) All new pages should have similar look / feel as existing site -- use same or similar CSS
