Wordpress "Magic Members" plugin custimization

Hello to all concerned applicants! We have a website that is using the "Magic Members" ([login to view URL]) plugin and would like to create a custom area on the frontend for all admins/board members of the site. They are requesting the following functions to be available from the frontend/private area of our wordpress site and that this information is being pulled from the magic members part of the database: ***All members need to be able to search the database of members by first name, last name, property, state, company and/or school. ***Once their membership is expired we need to make sure they still receive information to remind them to renew. It can't just be one reminder and done. We all get busy and things slip through the cracks. If a reminder email was sent afterwards on a consistent basis until they renew its in our face and then it will get done. Obviously, there would have to be an unsubscribe or "do not contact me anymore" link in these emails. ***Members should be able to easily download an excel version of the membership category they choose. For example, being able to pull all membership information of members from North Carolina or California would benefit our vendors. This was a function we had on the previous website that we do not have now. We should be able to pull all the expired memberships into an excel document as well. This would make obtaining addresses to send membership guides really simple. ***We should be able to click on a button and know exactly how many current members we have/broken down into each category. ***We need to sort by type of member and only show a list with these members' info. ***When we pull the list of eligible voters this must be done by selecting membership types. ***When sending email requests for proposals I'd like to send to all educators ... I don't care if they're expired, or have been expired for several years... So we would need some sort of messaging system that would be able to contact and specific selection of members based on membership type, property, state, company and/or school. ***Finally, we would like to have the Magic Members plugin updated to the most recent version and tested with our current theme. We will provide the updated plugin source file, we just need someone to administer the update since it has been well overdue. There may be issues while updating. We would really like to have someone who is very familiar with this plugin in order to provide us with future development needs and support. This whole process will be done on a mirror website and no changes will be made on the current live site. Access to the mirror site will be provided upon hire. Thank you!
