I need someone that can help me with :

I need a Google play approved publisher account.

If you have one, send me screenshots of your Google publisher dashboard.

Or if you will create it for me I will give you the details to register with ...

Here is how I want it to be done

Procedure:

1. You start the project, register new google account, purchase android developer/google play account using Google with your card .

2. I will create milestone 1.

3. After 1day , if your registration is approved by google, just send me the approved screen shot , Next you can remove your card info from the account.

4.I will release milestone 1 if it is approved to publish apps (payment is processed)

5. then you send to me (email , password , recovery details ).

6.I will send you milestone 2 with the rest of the payment.

The Android market/google play account has to be created keeping the below factors in mind:

1) New IP and clear browser cookies and cache

2) Gmail account with a new, random recovery e-mail that was never used before along with a phone number that is random and not yours

3) card that was Never used with Google before
