Hi, I want to build a video portal. My needs are 1. Anyone can watch as well as download videos. 2. Visitors should have to watch advertisement video before starting the main video. 3. For long videos advertisement would appear every after 20 minute. One video may have more than one advertisement (long videos). 4. Anyone can upload video by video uploading button. 5. Super admin can create multiple admin. Each admin can also upload their videos. When any admin upload any video a certain point will be credited on their account. 6. Super admin will have full access to delete any video, create or suspend any admin and edit points (which admin earn through uploaded their videos). Super admin also can update advertisement videos. 7. A video which uploaded by an admin only visible in the website after the approval of super admin. I have an responsive website template.
