Configure stalker middleware on a server

I need some one to configure stalker middle ware. Some one installed it, but did a half job. I need some one who configured Stalker Middleware before. I have it running but rtmp stream is buffering. I need some to do following:
Setup TV channels monitoring, Setup Admin interface, Setup TV broadcasting settings via HTTP (NGINX+udpxy/vlc), setup Temporary URLs settings for Wowza Media Server, Configuration of temporary links for TimeShift, Integration of adaptive services. Plus security features. You have to have previous experience with references. I need it ASAP.
