Fix VAT_Number, Customer:siret, Customer:ape, DNI data not written on database Prestashop 1.6

VAT_Number, Customer:siret, Customer:ape, DNI data not written on database Prestashop 1.6 on checkout its everything ok but when the order is placed the fields mentioned are not written in the database.

I think its some bug or something.

Please bid if you are realy a Prestashop Expert and have time for this today, some other normal programers wasn't find the problem.
