82058 Custom PPC Search Script

Programmers, I am out to build a search site that is as good or better than anything out there on the web today. I need a clone of SmartSearch v4.13 with everything that script has plus these additional functions. 1) Must be as fast as possible. I notice most are asking for PHP but am open to suggestions. 2) My chosen XML feed(s) must integrate seamlessly with each other by adjusted cost (see 3). This includes my customers cpc's as well. I’m not set on what feeds I need yet. 1)XML feed Searchfeed .20 2)MyCustomer feed .19 3)XML feed Searchfeed .17 4)MyCustomer feed .15 5) etc………………. 3) Modify the cost to advertiser amount to what I actually earn. (If Searchfeed pays 40% to me - then bid amount shown to my customers/users is 40% of bid amount, I believe RevenuePilot would be 60% of there actual price.) This is so there is no misunderstanding from my affiliates about what they are earning. Adjusted amounts must round up/down to nearest whole cent. No fractions. 4) Controlled sign-in form - can’t be filled in with numbers and letters that say nothing. Ask where they heard about us. 5) Free sign-up 6) Anti-Cheat provisions (suggestions) 7) Integrate with pay choices of Clickbank, PayPal, Egold, and regular mail. $10, $20, $30, $50, $100, type in amount. (possibly drop-down box?) Automatically doubles amount of 1st deposit, after they sign up they are told that deposit will triple if deposit is made on day of signup. 8)I want customers to have their listings featured 4 ways. There will be a featured links column on front page, and two listings at top of search results similar to Google, and link boxes along search results like [login to view URL], and small banner to there listing similar to Ah-ha’s logolink. Cost/month/keyword amounts can be adjusted from admin area. Integrated and automatic (all stats and payments from deposits upon approval) 9) I want to offer what is a link tour. Drop-down box of all main categories(original and/or added) that will bring up 1st link in that category. There will be a custom frame at top with logo, buttons(previous, next link, add your link), and drop-down box. Customers will be able to surf my results in any chosen category and change categories at any time. (similar to [login to view URL]). 10) Shorten URL’s of search results to something like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] I want to get away from [login to view URL] 11) I need both customer areas and admin areas to be full featured and as user friendly as possible. 12) This is to be uploaded and running on my hosting account before final payment 13) Custom web design will be next phase after this script has been tested. I am more in a learning stage than expert so I need a programmer that can handle this job by description and examples. I don't know if I picked the correct job types so you pros will have to direct me in the best direction on this. I'm a old dog but a fast learner. English must be primary language. This script must be stable and bug free. We have many more options to be added to this script in future as funds become available. (such as additional affiliate programs and co-branded and fully branded search results with all the bells and whistles. Save this search. Broken link spiders. Browser search bar and/or browser button(like [login to view URL]). I will own all and exclusive rights to it’s use and/or sale/resale. We want a world class script so only the best programmers among you should bid on this. No time for rookies or students. Depending on costs, it is possible that some of the listed options may have to be delayed until next phases of development. I am looking for a programmer that is going to be around for an extended working relationship.
