I need a developer to write a script that will be run daily via a cron job. The script will run on my shared linux web server that I currently host with BlueWho.com. If possible, I would prefer for the script to be written in PHP. I would be open to other languages if necessary. The script must: 1.) Retrieve two zip files from a remote FTP server on a daily basis. One zip file (File A) will contain eight pipe-delimited text files. The total size of the files in File A will be less than 20 MB. File A will be named IDXmmddyyy.zip. For example on July 15, 2006, the file will be named IDX07152006.zip. The other file (File B) will contain images. File B will be less than 5 MB. File B will be named phmmddyyy.zip. For example on July 15, 2006, the file will be named php7152006.zip. 2.) Load the eight pipe-delimited text files from File A into a MySQL database on my web server. The data will be a complete refresh each day. 3.) Load the images from File B to an image directory on my web server. 4.) Create records in the database for the newly uploaded images. The record would contain ID that the image links to (parsed from the filename) and the location of the image on the server.
