We are looking to build an event calendar that will integrate with an existing member login and registration script that we just had built.
The calendar will consist of templates for the front end and backend and will be controlled by styles for look and feel.
The front end will have options and tags that can be placed on pages to include a mini calendar with days hi-lighted that have events. Upon clicking on date will take you to the event page that will use a template file for formatting. The template files should be plain html pages that it uses and adjustable from admin section.
Also in admin will give you the option of how you want the view to look on front end. Show the mini calendar with events in list format or show large square s with events in squares.

We like have the options and dropdowns for event type but we would want to be able to add new ones from the backend and have it show up. This calendar will primarily be for posting events and also booking a trainer and scheduling to sign up for a class or events.
We will want to have in the admin different loggings for the trainers or people teaching the classes. They will get emails when a person signs up for a time slot for personal training or class and the system will auto reply with an email to the member. The auto reply will be configured from the admin section.
when a trainer logs into the system they will be taken to the welcome page and will recent signups and other html we decide to place. This page will have a simple WYSIWYG for editing and tags to place for recent additions or signups and email or message waiting.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
