75710 Rotating URL Script

I need a rotating URL Script that allows me to do the following 1. Create a system which rotates thousands of URls using 1 URL 2. Ability to create account with URL to be rotated and user info 3. Ability to monitor hits to each rotated URL I have setup an example of how I need it to look. I just need to get a backend that works. [login to view URL] the main or "Master URL" is where the traffic goes. After the traffic goes here, the main URL distributes traffic to all of the URL's as the rotate through the system. We want to be able to create accounts for the urls to be rotated and to be able to manage and monitor the accounts. I need this in about 5 days. Please describe what you can do for me on this project. I need fast, clean code with an easy to use admin panel such as the example.
