Need windows application for editing website

I need a tool. Sort of like a website editor but not quite. ## Deliverables I need a tool. Sort of like a website editor but not quite. Heres how it will work. I log in through my website (where the tool will be located) And from there... I need a way to connect to my server (ANY of my other websites). Simply by entering my ftp info. I need a simple form field where I can enter the information. Then once I am connected, I should be (at this point) viewing my homepage (the homepage of the site Im connected to) through an editor window. With this editor/tool I should be able to do a few things. #1 "create new index page" When I press this button it will automatically create my index page and here is what it will look like...(to avoid pressing this button in the future by mistake Id like a warning to pop-up first that says Warning: are you sure you want to create this index page"? Unless you have a better idea). [login to view URL] #2 the next option for this tool will be to create articles. I should be able to simply put the title of the article in one form field and the body text in the other and hit submit. The title will automatically become the page name.
