Sales & Help Text for New site

Our site has been developed to be the most sophisticated food directory in the UK allowing Take-aways and Restaurants the ability to successfully advertise online and take food orders and table reservations online which will be sent using a fax Api from Interfax. We require somebody to assist us in populating the site which can be seen on our demo Server here ---> [login to view URL] with both Sales and Help text. We require somebody who can work alongside us to ensure our product sells and our users can understand and use the site. We require the coder to do the following. *Discuss Ideas and write our 'About Us' page. *Discuss Ideas and write a sales section to explain to our potential customers what services we offer. *Discuss Ideas and Write Our Help section *Write other small page descriptions with our assistance. *Advise on how the text should be laid out within our site. (Text will be incorporated into the site by our developer) *Follow our project through to completion (Estimated 3 weeks) We require a coder who has been involved in large projects from a similar position as our site (Pre-Launch). We need somebody who is happy to discuss exactly how the site works and then put this in creative, capturing text. We have tried multiple times to write this Text ourselves but it never seems worthy of our great site. Kind Regards Martin McPherson ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Text to be written in MS word if possible. Although any text application will be sufficient as we will be formatting text into the site.
