I need a web site that will be a place where people can get quotes on small jobs, eg if a house owner wants quotes on garden landscaping, or a small business owner wants quotes on paving their car-park etc. Instead of phoning companies and asking them to quote the user goes to the site, describes the work etc, and the businesses then contact the owner, inspect the site etc, then quote. I would make income as a fee per project placed on the site. Would want to set a limit on project size to avoid litigation on, for example, big building contracts. ## Deliverables
The web site must work as follows: a) A person or business requiring work to be done (called "the customer" from here on) registers online and creates an account. b) The customer then chooses the field of their application, ie garden, new building work, renovation work, home related service (eg removal of beehives), maintenance and other categories that I can add to the website myself once operational c) The customer then describes the project both briefly (as an introduction) then in detail. They should be able to upload pictures or other files in support of the project. They pay a fee per project listed d) It must be made clear that the web site owner is not liable in the event of a dispute - the customer and service provider must accept contract terms that cover this and all other issues required. e) service providers register on the site, paying a fee to do so. They indicate which fields of work they are interested in providing. Every time a customer submits a project all service providers will get an email informong them if the project is in the fields of work they have indicated they are interested in f) Registered service providers can see the projects and can get the contact details on payment of a fee. They can then contact the customer to inspect the site, interview the customer, quote, conclude contract etc etc. g) the site does not administer the contract, it simply connects the customers with the service providers h) full financial transaction capability must be included which accepts payments by credit card and deposits them in my bank accounts for the payment of fees by customers and service providers i) a rating system and recommendations for service providers and customers must be included j)site registration with .[url removed, login to view] must be included, and ownership and further admin in the name of the Buyer
