eBay Sales Template Generator integrated into members only retail website

Hello, We require a button added to each of our products that is only available within our members area which will generate when selected, a basic HTML eBay/Auction Template to enable our members to offer our products online. We can supply the basic HTML template to the winning bidder and will need the 'Template Button' to generate this template populated with the product description and shipping prices etc which can all be obtained from the MySQL database. We will need the product info to be displayed within the template which is quite basic. We will only be accepting bids from proven performers with a solid GAF track record and who can deliver within a very tight schedule. We will only pay for this work once it is fully completed and operational and delivered to our satisfaction.
