556969 PHPProlance Script Modification

I want to modify my PHPProlance script to accomplish the following 1) Private Message will only be available (to the Buyer and Provider) ONLY after a winning bid is selected. Private Message is currently turned off globally. I want it to be available only after a winner is selected 2) Prevent the winning bidder from accepting winning bid except his/her account is funded to cover the commission. This means that the script is check to verify that the bidders is funded to the amount of the site commission. If there is sufficient fund, the accept bid will be denied with a message that the account is not funded. 3) Review will only be sent to the Buyer and Provider ONLY after a project is closed. Currently, a Review is sent after a winning bid is selected. ***If you do not have PHPProlance experience, do not bother to bid*** Indicate the PHPProlace powered sites you have worked on when responding.
