For a new internet project, I need a way to determine the date of last change of a website and a picture url on a server. TO give you an example: I want to know on which date the page [login to view URL] was changed the last time, and on which date the picture [login to view URL] was last changed. I dont have access to FTP or server. Result does not have to be stored.

Wp developer, can code php script to get: 1. "Last-Modified" header for image. 2. For WP pages (BUT pages aren't static files - generated output by WP from SQL DB - so there is no such "Last-Modified" header = must use something like [login to view URL] plugin first to ensure that WP addes last modified date in header first.... (so this can only for for blogs that have similar plugin).. Questions: - what are UI or script requirements? If you simply need a separate web page that will show these 2 dates = i can get this ready in 0.5h... Ready to start..
