Need PHP MySQL Zend framework expert to modify a script

I have a project to customize an existing script similar to Groupon. The script uses PHP and MySQL, therefore you must be an expert in these. I am looking to make customization on the Groupon clone that I am thinking of buying. It's called Gripsell. Please take a look at their site [[login to view URL]][1] You need to understand this script before you understand what i am looking to mod. What I need to get done is some customization on the existing script. For example, on the Deal Map, it locates all the deal, but it doesn't zoom in to the user location using geolocation and IP or GPS. What I want is when user clicked the Deal Map, utilizing the geolocation, the map is able to zoom in to the city you are from. So if you are in Kuala Lumpur, it will take you to New York and therefore since each deal has its own location, you will see from the map the pins of all deals. Then when you zoom out, you can see other deals from the pins as to show that the site has many deals from different cities (New Jersey, Philadelphia, etc). I do have other customization as well, like the reporting metric. If you see the reporting script (login with admin priveledge, then go to Download Data on the main admin page), then you can pull report based on the coupon. The coupon does not have the timestamp on the report.
