We have a search engine [login to view URL] that was created to act as a search engine for Nigeria and presently we have a database of businesses from about eight states but we want to be comprehensive enough to provide results for searches on any business or service in Nigeria, hence the need to have a web crawler installed on the website so that for results not contained on our database the crawler will search the web for the search and present the results on our page and go on to populate our database with the result. What is important here is that they want the same functionality as Google web crawler to be available from their own site to all there visitors to carry out the searches required from their search engine [login to view URL] , that was created to act as a search engine for Nigeria. Same type scraper software need for our search engine, ps apply if you can start work on immediately

Can be done, but if I understand the description, what you need here is a very complex system and you can not do this with 150$ , maybe 100 more budget, a good team and a great architecture.
