Web enabled CRM style planning and reporting database

Strategic Planning and Reporting framework (workflow design and reporting model) built upon an open source ERP or CRM type platform (database with front end forms) that enables solution to be used as stand alone or web based platform – looking for the model to demonstrate the following capacity: To link/cross reference categories – develop relationships between each categories (including cross level relationships) – default category selection to be displayed from each category entry For administrator to create additional categories – add categories at each level (i.e. assignment of categories to roles, responsibilities, members, customers, activities, products, services etc) Browse, download and attach functions – within the database and external to network databases (i.e. capacity to browse and download financial data from accounting software – i.e. MYOB or Quicken, risk management software, human resource information systems software, documents or other files etc) Intuitive search/match function to avoid duplication of category/naming entries (based upon directory function) – search function can be for individuals, categories or group of categories To record and report ratings for each category (weightings – i.e. costs, strength, values, – capacity to include percentage, decimal point or likert scale ranking) with accumulation of ratings to each category and parent categories (calculator) – this facility embedded at both the entry point and recipient point to record weightings Capacity for administrator to apply universal categories to apply reporting of costs, investments, requests, purchase details etc. Potential to add formula functions to apply to category calculations (either individual categories or collection of nominated categories) – including descriptors of roles/responsibilities, customers etc. Report and chart functions (timeline and activity reporting and charting) Track and report activity flows between categories (connections/links) – to support/facilitate network analysis – i.e. capacity to either report from the framework, or permit extraction to another database such as excel for the purpose of analysis – if possible enable plug in (to or from) external database such as excel. Embedded email (plug in) facility Calendar with activity and timeline category link (i.e. project timeline line function) with assigned tasking to roles etc. User manual documentation to be provided/assigned to platform A schematic diagram will be provided to bidders outlining category levels and work flow (and some category descriptors) – accordingly, ownership of the intellectual property of this product will remain with the me - will follow up with successful bidder via email and/or Skype conversation to explain/clarify requirements. It is expected that the software will be expandable and can be upgraded to include add on features and functions in future (i.e. refined network analysis, expanded work flow model) – based upon successful completion of this work, this will create potential for further ‘build’ work and support opportunities for successful bidder. Only bidders with proven experience (as per previous work examples) will be considered – knowledge and or experience with network analysis also desirable.
