Forum Management Software

I need a desktop app that will work with PHP, Invision, BB, and ALL other forums and platforms. This is not to be designed as spam tool but one that will allow my group to track forum posts across many forums and reply and post to those which are relevent.

This app will be a mangement center for posting, managing and being notifed of forums posts.

Must have..

1. Must have a search function that will run a search across all major engines ( or can select) finding forums based upon keywords. Option of collecting noted forums in a "project" database.

2. One button click to register to selected forums **in bulk** from stored log in info (aside from a pop up Captcha for each account).

3. Each Project can be saved and forums auto logged into.

4. Keyword / phrase monitor module that will alert via email and through system tray pop up (if selected), when a topic is introduced under specified keywords. So when a posts appears on a forum that meet preset criteria, it alerts user. User has the ability to set this criteria to keyword/phrase, search topic, forum category, forum, user ID.

5. User can open results and post a preset or live written reply to these post topics across **ALL forums** that meet alert criteria at once or one by one. All forum posts are tracked and grouped to project and forum.

6. User is notified in same fashion as above when a post reply has been made to their posts.

7. Abilty to store preset sig tags, and responses for auto complete.

8. Results tab that tracks posts made, forum, date, keyword alerts, etc. for each project.

Need demo with full features but time limited to 14 days.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
