URGENT but quick Flash template modifications

We have an urgent web design project. The following template will be provided to the coder: <[login to view URL]> The content will need to be taken from the existing site <[login to view URL]>. We need the template to handle 3 languages (French/English/Italian). I'm not sure the best way of handlign this, maybe an externalized language file? We also need a simple administration console for administering the content of 3 small areas on the site. We have a couple of existing PHP sites which use simmilar code which we may be able to reuse here. Scheduled to start immediately.
