General: 1) Programming to be .php 2) Website design is ready, so only implementing is required. 3) Databases with optional exporting for the websites’ database to an excel sheet: • Member access: will be used to store the members’ contact information and multiple shipping addresses for future use. • Client access: created by administrator, gives clients a certain number of event inserts and allows client to edit event information anytime, administrator will approve it. • Promoter access: people looking for temporary jobs can register as promoters creating a database of promoters, can be filtered and chosen depending on administrator requirements. • Database for the events listed on the website. 4) Fully detailed traffic statistics’ chart in the administrative tools. 5) A system for members that have events and want to add them to the calendar: • A system that allows users to upload a picture with information about an event, but does not go on the website until administrators approval. • Link available in the user welcome menu. 6) An online merchant account for payments (with no CR required). 7) Web SMS system, automated and manual, to be able to handle the following: • SMS broadcast for new events • for the registration form to confirm mobile number • Sending an SMS after purchase (to client and admin) • Forgotten passwords to be sent to Mobile phone 8) Banner system, automatically changes banners according to dates preset. 9) Purchased tickets will be handled as following: • Shipped • Printed • Sent by SMS to the customer • (I’m open for more solutions) 10) Events that are sold online will have a countdown timer on how long is left for users to be able to buy tickets online.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
