We have a website [login to view URL] which needs rebuilding. We are happy with the style, layout and content of the site as it has had very positive feedback from clients over the years. Our problem is that the site was built over 10 years ago and has been added to piecemeal since then, so is rather incoherent and disjointed for SEO purposes. There is currently an old HTML site and a (very old) Flash site which are basically mirror images with the same copy and photos, which we are aware is not good for SEO. The code for the HTML site is in one big folder called HTML which we have been told Google doesn't like. There is also some duplicate content, broken links, and other issues which again is not doing our SEO efforts any good. We would like the site rebuilt in HTML5 using the existing style and content (I can re-write copy as necessary) in an SEO friendly manner. We are happy to simplify the site, as it currently has a large amount of location pages that have been added over the years and which we have been told have been quite badly coded. What we want to achieve is a website that looks similar to our existing site but is much easier for Google to index and rank. We would need the code to be structured well so that we can add future projects to our portfolio quickly and easily without affecting the SEO on the site. Obviously we would need to own the code so that we can upload it to our hosting company once complete. We have a Wordpress blog attached to the site which we want to keep. There are various links to our existing site (both the Flash and HTML sides) which I will be able to change once the site is rebuilt.

I've seen your site and checked the code behind and it seems that somebody didn't respect some basic elements, like including the CSS in different file, also JS (using h1 and so), which is verry important for Google. When i work on a site i'm interested no only on the structured data, but also i'm doing my own audit so i can see loading time and other problems that can be fixed or donne better. While i work on you project you will be up to date with everything i do. I always do back-ups and we wont' be affraid of losing data.
