Cusom Magento admin roles

Cusom Magento admin roles: A:We creaed a site by mageno, but need make some cusom change for he user roles in admin panel.: "Admin","General Manager","Area Manager","Assistant". 1. Admin----has all authorities for the admin panel 2. General Manager---has all authorities as admin, but cannot create "Admin", when receive orders from different areas, he can give the order to different Area Managers. 3. Area Manager-----Can see all the orders in his area,and give order to Area Manager 4. Area Manager-----Can see all the orders in his area, but only can take the order when General Area Manager gives to him. 5. Assistant----Receive the order from Area Manager, and follow the order, change the order status according to the process of the order. 6. China Manager---Receive Order from Assistant and send to China General Manager 7. China General Manager---View orders from China Manager and give to China Assistant 8. China Assistant---follow order and change order status according to the process B: In member panel, they can see the order process when the status changes. details as attached image
