Joomla 1.5 template based website needs help

I have a website at fbombmedia.com. This is a website for an iphone/ipad application development business and is built from a Joomla 1.5 template. I need someone who has a good eye for website layout and design to let me know what types of changes I should make to this site to promote it better as a business and an online portfolio. I know how to work with Joomla but it takes me too long, I don't expect most of these changes to take an expert very long. Changes I would like to make: -Move the logo to the far left side and bring the top menu down to the right of the logo. Then slightly above the top menu on the right place the search box. -Clean up the flash file used for the animation. Maybe remove the odd bottom portion from those images and make it look more professional. -Create a new page that will showcase each app. Maybe just 2 photos and a description for each app. -When one of the icons in the flash image are clicked, it will go to the new page created and show the photos and description for the selected app. -If this can be accomplished then we can remove the "portfolio" link from the top menu and add a "quote" link -The "quote" link will have a form they can fill out with various options, this info would then be emailed to support -The "contact" page should just display basic contact info These would be the majority of the changes. Also any changes that you might suggest that will help present my business better. I will provide template and access to bid winner. Thank you.
